Beim Projektbesuch im Februar 2020 waren erstmals Volont\u00e4rinnen aus Deutschland dabei: Julika Gausepohl und Laura Grohnert, beide Physiotherapeutinnen, unterst\u00fctzten aktiv in der Nachsorge der Prothesenpatienten. Durch gezieltes Training halfen sie, Mobilit\u00e4t und Selbstst\u00e4ndigkeit der Patienten zu f\u00f6rdern \u2013 zur Freude aller, besonders der fu\u00dfballbegeisterten Kinder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Auch Tierarzt Stephen Tigawalana profitierte von ihrer Behandlung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein weiteres Highlight: Das St. Joseph Center wurde vom Rotary Club Munyonyo\/Kampala f\u00fcr seine exzellente Arbeit ausgew\u00e4hlt. Gemeinsam plant man nun Projekte zur Versorgung von Hand- und Armamputationen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wir wollen helfen, die n\u00f6tigen Materialien f\u00fcr diese wichtige Aufgabe bereitzustellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
