So ist es auf Lolwe Island.<br>Nachdem die Witwen durch die von PUC gereichte Hand zur Hilfe Mut gesch\u00f6pft und sich zusammengeschlossen haben, sprudeln die Ideen nur so. Und werden kurze Zeit sp\u00e4ter in die Tat umgesetzt.<br>Der Plan von einer gemeinsamen H\u00fchnerfarm nimmt Form an. Baumaterial konnte von den durch PUC \u00fcberwiesenen Spendengeldern (wir berichteten) gekauft werden. Viele freiwillige Helfer sind beim Aufbauen des H\u00fchnerstalls dabei. Er entsteht auf dem Schulgel\u00e4nde&nbsp;\u2013 ein sicherer und gesch\u00fctzter Ort auf der Insel. Positiver Nebeneffekt: So werden die Kinder der Schule ganz nebenbei mit dem Know-how des H\u00fchner-Farmings vertraut gemacht.<br>Und dann der freudige Tag, als der erste Besatz an Belegh\u00fchnern vom Festland eintrifft. M\u00e4chtig stolz sind die Witwen auf ihre kleine Farm. Auch Futter wird gleich auf Vorrat gekauft. Die Trockensaison steht vor der T\u00fcr, dann werden die Preise steigen.
